Take the worry and frustration out of remote learning this school year. Perkins Center Education Pods aim to assist students,learning remotely with their classroom teacher, in a small, safe, group atmosphere. In addition to maintaining a healthy pod environment, teaching proffessionals will help provide a structured enviroment for learning as well recreation and social engagement daily. (Pods are capped at 6 students each). Additional arts enrichment will be provided at the end of the day and on Wednesdays when school work is lighter. Art focused enrichment will include a rotating schedule of visual art, music, pottery, and STEAM units. 

• Pods will have ample daily recreation time and will be encouraged take their work outside as weather permits. Meals will be eaten outside as often as possible. 
• Students will have their temperatures taken daily. Social distancing and face covering is mandatory. Pods are not permitted to mix. A full list of Covid 19 Guidelines and Protocol can be found here.
• Students are asked to bring their own devices, books/ learning aids, snacks, lunch, and water daily. A full list of suggested items to bring can be viewed in the registration packet below.
• Families may renew or opt out each marking period (First marking period is September to November). We request that parents notify Perkins of their intentions to renew for the second marking period by 10/30/20. Perkins plans to run this program as long as there is need.
• Perkins Center requires a $100 deposit for registration which can be made by calling 856.235.6488 during business hours. The remaining balance will be billed monthly ($990/month).
