Take the worry and frustration out of remote learning this school year. Perkins Center Education Pods aim to assist students,learning remotely with their classroom teacher, in a small, safe, group atmosphere. In addition to maintaining a healthy pod environment, teaching proffessionals will help provide a structured enviroment for learning as well recreation and social engagement daily. (Pods are capped at 6 students each). Additional arts enrichment will be provided at the end of the day and on Wednesdays when school work is lighter. Art focused enrichment will include a rotating schedule of visual art, music, pottery, and STEAM units. 

• Pods will have ample daily recreation time and will be encouraged take their work outside as weather permits. Meals will be eaten outside as often as possible. 
• Students will have their temperatutres taken daily. Social distancing and face covering is mandatory. A full list of Covid 19 Guidelines and Protocol can be found here.
• Students are asked to bring their own devices, books/ learning aids, snacks, lunch, and water daily. A full list of suggested items to bring will be emailed with the registration packet by 8/28/20.
• Families may renew or opt out each marking period. We request that parents notify Perkins of their intenetions to renew for the second marking period by 10/30/20. Perkins plans to run this program as long as there is need.
• Perkins Center requires a $100 deposit for registration which can be made by calling 856.235.6488 during business hours. The ramaining balance will be billed monthly.
