Paper marbling "Art of Ebru" is the traditional art of creating colorful patterns by sprinkling with brush color pigments on a pan of water and then transforming this pattern into a special paper. Artist Bio:
Ylvia Asal, a mixed media / textile artist specializing in Oya, a traditional lace making technique from Turkey, is the owner of Anatolia Art and Craft Studio.
Her studio servers not only place for her to create artwork that will be displayed and sold across New jersey, but also as a space to teach her students a wide range of artistic disciplines, ranging from Oya, knitting , crocheting, hand Embroidery and traditional technique of Turkish Marbling Art of " Ebru"
