Clay Trivet Plates: 2-day Workshop 

Plates are used in many ways every day. They are a place to put things, food, a special treasure, or a sacred candle.

In this hand building workshop, we will create personal trivet plates. The plates will be made from soft slabs of stoneware clay. Using painting techniques with underglazes we will color the clay slab. A slump mold will be used to form the plates. On the second day you will come back to glaze the plates.

Come have fun and play along with me as we embrace the joy of creating unique works of art.

No Experience needed. 

Onsite classes are small in size for safety.
