Learn the ins and outs of making your own professionally-bound journals, sketchbooks and albums. In this 4-week class, artists will explore bookbinding techniques to introduce bookmaking into their artistic practice—even newcomers will learn the basics (and not so basics) of book arts. We’ll work with high-quality materials, easy-to-master skills, and step-by-step processes towards creating a variety of handmade books. No experience necessary, beginners welcome!
Instructor will provide students with class supplies
