Get back into the clay groove with projects you can make on the kitchen table. Techniques and projects will be demonstrated and we will work together during our live online class. Continue to work on Your project all week if you wish! You will be able to use tools you have on hand at home such as toothpicks, plastic ware, newspaper, cardboard, any pottery tools if you have them, and the clay you pick up at Perkins (see info below). A list of materials for each class will be emailed to registered students.
Class is open to students who have taken a clay class previously.
Clay selection & Pick-up:
Clay will be available for pick-up in Moorestown from 10am-4pm, Mon-Thurs.
Speckled clay will be made available and is recommended. Contact Pserena@perkinscenter.org if you'd prefer a different type of clay.
Glazing & Firing:
Perkins Center will arrange for you to drop off your work to be fired and then arrangements will be made to glaze at the studio individually.
