This 12-week class offers an in-depth introduction to thrown and hand-built pottery. Beginning students will work through different building techniques while more advanced students can explore new techniques to expand their creative options.

Perkins no longer includes a bag of clay with registration or charges a supply fee. Clay should be purchased at the reception desk as needed. (In Collingswood, credit cards only.)

Masks

Perkins Center respects the rights of each individual member, student, staff member, faculty member, and patron. Unvaccinated individuals and children ages 11 and under will still be required to wear face masks when inside the buildings for events, classes, and summer camp at this time.  Perkins Center for the Arts requires faculty and staff working directly with children to be masked.
