Life Drawing & Painting - Collingswood
This course is designed to help beginning and practicing artists develop their figurative painting and drawing skills. Using a live model, both nude and clothed, students will develop and strengthen their knowledge of anatomy, gesture, proportion, color, and design. The course will use the full figure, as well as portraiture, in exercises covering monochromatic, limited color, and full color studies. Time spent on each pose will expand throughout the course in an effort to explore a more complex treatment of form, color, surface, and design. This course would be ideal for beginner/intermediate artists, although some experience drawing from the model is preferred.
