In this Figure Drawing Class, we will explore the art of capturing the human form through observation and expression. This class is designed for artists of all levels, from beginners eager to learn the basics to experienced artists looking to refine their skills. In this course, we will delve into the fundamental principles of figure drawing and develop a deeper understanding of anatomy, proportion, gesture, and form. Through a combination of structured exercises and creative exploration, you'll gain the necessary tools to confidently depict the human figure.  

 

Supply List:

Drawing pad 18x24

Some kind of hard drawing medium i.e. charcoal pencil, Pencil, mechanical pencil, colored pencil, compressed charcoal, etc (just one or 2 of these will do, you don't need anything special or expensive)

We can discuss anything else we need for the class as the need arises.

Instructor Bio

David Krevolin is a designer/sculptor who loves teaching, drawing, problem solving and making things. His goal in life is a leave the world with more beautiful things than when than when he came in it. He runs his own design and build metal work and fabrication business and have 2 young boys that keep him busy when he’s not teaching.
