Art to Wear: Beads in Ceramic Clay - Collingswood
Art to Wear: Beads in Ceramic Clay - Collingswood

This six session class will be spent making BEADS in CLAY – from textured tubes to reticulated rounds to fabulous plaquettes – all of which finish up as wearable ART! Examples of finished projects will be available to help you decide whether to create components for earrings, bracelets or neck wear. Our last two classes will be devoted to transforming your clay beads into these project goals using basic stringing and wire wrapping techniques. The only tools required are a pair of flush wire cutters and a set of round, flat & chain nose jewelry pliers. Wire and stringing supplies will be available for purchase from the instructor if you don’t have jewelry making findings or accents beads to bring from home.
