Our private studio rentals are onsite. Scheduling is based on studio and instructor availability. Payment is made in two parts. 50 percent at the time of scheduling and the remaining 50 percent a week prior to the event. Completing this form does not mean your event has been scheduled. After completing the Rental Request Form (link below), a Perkins staff member will contact you to schedule your event.
